Q. Do you cater to single travelers or only groups?
A. We welcome individual travelers, as well as groups.
Q. Do you give a discount for groups?
A. We do offer discounts for groups. Depending on the size and event, the discount can vary. Check out our group information here.
Q. Can I purchase the package without tickets, or tickets only?
Esoteric Sports is not a ticket broker. We specialize in providing complete travel programs with hotels, transportation, tickets and optional hospitality and airline flights. If you need a travel program without event tickets, please contact us directly at 800-321-8008 or email@example.com. If you require tickets only, we will be happy to provide you with a list of ticket brokers.
Q. Can you customize your programs or design a package specifically to fit my needs?
A. Absolutely. We can make modifications to any of our pre-designed programs or develop a complete sports, hospitality, or incentive program based on your organization’s needs.
Q. Can you handle trips to sporting events not listed on your site?
A. Yes! We can provide you with a complete, personalized travel program for any event or destination in America.
Q. When is the deposit and the final payment due?
A. A 50% deposit due within 10 days of reservation. Final payments are due 60 days prior to departure. (For Masters Golf and groups of 10 or more, final payment is due 90 days prior to departure).
Q. Can I upgrade my tickets and extend my stay?
A. Yes. We generally offer ticket upgrades and extra hotel night stays for all of our events.
Q. Do you handle airline arrangements?
A. All of Esoteric Sports programs are priced as “land only.” We can provide airline tickets for any event, at a guaranteed price.
Q. I’m running a promotion, sweepstakes or incentive program and will not have the travelers names until later. How do I make reservations?
A. We will place your order as names “to be announced.” We do request you provide your traveler’s names at least one week prior to departure for the event.
Q. When will we get travel documents and event tickets?
A. We offer the convenience of e-documents, to insure you have all the important travel information needed at your fingertips. In some cases, we FedEx documents to you 7 to 10 business days prior to departure.
